NOTICE REGARDING NEGOTIATIONS WITH ALEX WHITE HOLDINGS LIMITED
Shareholders are alerted to the cautionary announcement released by Alex White
Holdings Limited ("Alex White") regarding negotiations in terms of which
Astrapak may make an offer to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Alex
White pursuant to a scheme of arrangement in terms of Section 311 of the
Companies Act 1973 (Act 61 of 1973), as amended. It is not envisaged that these
negotiations will have a material effect on the share price of Astrapak and no
cautionary announcement is therefore required for Astrapak shareholders.
