LISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES ("DEBENTURES")
NewGold has issued 7 600 000 additional debentures following in
specie subscriptions in respect of 76 000 fine troy ounces of gold
bullion. The debentures were listed, with effect from commencement
of business on Tuesday, 20 December 2005, as follows:
- 1 200 000 debentures at an issue price per debenture of
approximately R33.00;
- 3 200 000 debentures at an issue price per debenture of
approximately R33.10; and
- 3 200 000 debentures at an issue price per debenture of
approximately R33.30.
