It is with great sadness and regret that the Board of ZCI announces the passing 
of the Chairman, Jean-Pierre Rozan, who died at his home in France on Monday 19 
December 2005. The Directors of ZCI wish to express their thanks and            
appreciation for the leadership and guidance provided by Mr Rozan since his     
appointment to the Board and extend their sincere condolences to Mr Rozan"s     
family.
