CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Shareholders
are advised that Mr C J H Van Niekerk and Mr M J Jooste have been appointed as
Directors of the company with effect from 21 December 2005.
Chris Van Niekerk is the Chairman of the Racing Association, the body which
fosters the interests of the sport of horse racing. He has extensive business
experience through his involvement in the Steinhoff Group and is the Chief
Executive Officer of one of its subsidiaries P G Bison.
Marcus Jooste is a member of the Board of the Racing Association and is the
Chief Executive of Steinhoff International Holdings Ltd.
