notification is hereby given that Mr. Roger Ainsley Ralph Kebble has resigned as
chairman and director of the company. The Board of directors is pleased to
announce that Mr. Nigel Brunette has been appointed as Chairman Of the Board of
directors.
Mr. Gerhardus Jurgens Jacobs has been appointed as Financial director with
effect from 23rd December 2005.
