NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Audited results
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 September 2005 will be dispatched to shareholders today, 23 December 2005 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 15
November 2005.
The audited results of the Company as referred to above and the annual financial
statements were audited by the Company"s auditors, KPMG Inc. and their
unqualified report is available for inspection at the Company"s registered
office.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 32nd annual general meeting of the Company"s
shareholders will be held in the boardroom at Coronation House, Boundary
Terraces, 1 Mariendahl Lane, Newlands, Cape Town on Wednesday, 25 January 2006
at 10h00 to transact businesses as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the annual financial statements.
