results which were published on 24 November 2005.
The sixty-first annual general meeting of shareholders of Tiger Brands will be
held on Thursday, 23 February 2006 at 14.00 at 3010 William Nicol Drive,
Bryanston for the purpose of conducting the business as stated in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting that was posted together with the 2005 Annual Report.
