FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 16
November 2005, wherein it was advised that the company had reached agreement
with a subsidiary of Famous Brands Limited, to dispose of its right to franchise
income from its complement of 38 Bimbo"s franchise agreements. The company
remains in these disposal negotiations which, if completed, could have an effect
on the price of the company"s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution in dealing
in the company"s shares until a further announcement is made.
