Company is authorised to announce that Messrs Cyril Ramaphosa, Colin Brayshaw,
Patrick Burton and Tommy Oliphant have resigned as directors of Johnnic with
effect from 9th January 2006. The board of Johnnic would like to thank the
resigning directors for the considerable contribution they have made.
