REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of the shareholders of Business Connexion held
today, 12 January 2006, the requisite majority of shareholders approved the
special resolution proposed at the meeting. The ordinary resolution to grant
authority to directors to issue shares in terms of the Share Trust and approval
to grant share options was withdrawn and the remaining ordinary resolutions were
approved.
Mr F van der Merwe did not stand for re-election and is therefore no longer a
director of Business Connexion.
The chairman thanked Mr van der Merwe for his valuable contribution to the board
since being appointed a director and wished him all the best in the future.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
