RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
ADJOURNMENT OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, with the consent of a majority of members, the
general meeting held at 10h00 on 13 January 2006 was adjourned until 10h00 on
Friday, 03 February 2006. The adjourned meeting will be held at the registered
offices of Datacentrix, 379 Queens Crescent, Sanwood Park, Pretoria.
The meeting was adjourned as members were of the opinion that, with the
documents having been sent out during the festive season, they had not had
sufficient time to consider the relevant resolutions.
All forms of proxy timeously submitted for the meeting to be held on 13 January
2006 shall still be valid for the meeting to be held on 03 February 2006. Those
shareholders who did not submit forms of proxy and wish to do so, must ensure
that these are received by the transfer secretaries, Computershare Investor
Services 2004 (Pty) Limited, by no later than 10h00 on Wednesday, 01 February
2006.
RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement, dated 07 December 2005, shareholders are
advised that negotiations relating to the shareholding of the company, which may
have a material effect on the price of the company"s securities, are still in
progress.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company"s securities on the JSE Limited until a full announcement
is made.
