In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to ERP.com"s reviewed results for the year ended 31 July 2005, published
on 15 September 2005, the annual report was posted on 22 December 2005. The
annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned reviewed results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of ERP.com will be held in the
boardroom of the company at ERP.com House, Nanyuki Office Park, 69 Nanyuki
Drive, Sunninghill, Sandton on 06 April 2006 at 09h00 to transact the business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual
report.
