mandatory offer by Corvus to Zeltis shareholders, which closed at 12h00 on
Friday 13 January 2006, was accepted by Zeltis shareholders to the extent of 149
306 shares, representing approximately 0.2% of Zeltis" issued share capital.
Corvus now owns and controls 41 255 787 shares, representing approximately 50.3%
of Zeltis" issued share capital.
