CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that following the passing of Mr. Jean-Pierre Rozan,
the Board has appointed Mr. Michel Clerc as non-executive director of the
Company, with effect from 18 January 2006.
Mr. Clerc is a founder member and currently the president of AMZCI, the
association of French minority shareholders of ZCI. The Board will meet shortly
to decide on the election of a new Chairman, after which a further announcement
will be made.
