FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 29 November 2005 wherein it
was stated inter alia, that the company is engaged in separate negotiations
concerning the acquisition of certain diamond interests in the Democratic
Republic of the Congo, other interests in South Africa and a Black Economic
Empowerment transaction. Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in the company"s shares until a further
announcement is made.
