("Itrix") (Established on 6 September 2005 in the Republic of South Africa in
terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2005 (the "Act")
(the "portfolio")
("ITRIX EURO STOXX 50")
DISTRIBUTION NOTICE NO. 1
The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, the Trustee of Itrix, has resolved
not to make a distribution to holders of Itrix Euro Stoxx 50 securities recorded
in the Register as at 30 December 2005 ("holders"), in respect of the period
ended 30 December 2005. After deduction of the applicable management fee, there
is insufficient income available for distribution. Any distributable income will
be carried over to the next distribution period.
For disclosure purposes the income of the portfolio per Itrix Euro Stoxx 50
security (before taking into account the applicable management fee as detailed
in the Second Supplement to the Offering Circular and Pre-listing Statement
dated 19 September 2005) comprises:
- Gross Dividends of EUR 0,0091 (zero comma nine one cents)
- Less withholding tax of EUR 0,0022 (zero comma two two cents).
