RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of the company,
held at Suite 2B, Clubview Forum, 58 Columbia Street, Clubview, Centurion on
Friday, 20 January 2006 at 10:00 ("the AGM"), all the resolutions presented in
the notice of the AGM were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for
registration.
