RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the special and all of the ordinary resolutions
proposed in the notice to shareholders incorporated in the Notice to
Shareholders, dated 9 December 2005, including the amended ordinary resolution 5
announced on SENS on 19 January 2006, were passed by the requisite majority at
the annual general meeting of the Company held at 10:00 on Wednesday, 25 January
2006, other than ordinary resolution number 6 relating to the authorisation of
the directors to issue shares for cash, which was withdrawn at the meeting. The
special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for
registration.
