DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GFI SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GOLD FIELDS LTD
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to GOLD FIELDS
LTD (GFI) the Trustees of the GFI Share Instalment have declared a
dividend amount of 40.0 cents per share instalment that is payable on
Monday 20 February 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 10 February 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 13 February 2006
and the record date will be Friday, 17 February 2006.
