APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.67 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE, the following is advised:
Allied Technologies Limited ("Altech") is delighted to announce the appointment
of Dr Enos Banda, with effect from 1 February 2006, as an independent non-
executive director of Altech. Dr Banda is highly regarded and experienced in
South Africa with a career that spans banking, business and the legal
profession.
