Mr Harak Chand Banthia, Executive Director, Finance, has submitted his
resignation from the Board of Mittal Steel South Africa, which will become
effective from the 17th February 2006. Mr Banthia will be taking up an
assignment with one of the other companies in the Mittal Steel Company N.V.
Group of companies.
