Shareholders are advised that an agreement has been entered into to sell the
group"s minority shareholding in Medscheme Limited to Netpartner Investments
Limited. The agreement is subject to various conditions precedent including
competition and regulatory approvals. We will advise shareholders of the
consideration receivable once the conditions precedent have been met.
