sxr Uranium One Announces Change of Auditor Following Completion of Arrangement
Sxr Uranium One Inc. announced today that, in connection with the completion of
the arrangement under the South African Companies Act pursuant to which the
Corporation acquired all of the issued ordinary shares of Aflease Gold and
Uranium Resources Limited, KPMG LLP has submitted its resignation as auditors of
the Corporation and that PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has been appointed as
successor auditors of the Corporation. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. of South
Africa has been the auditors of the Corporation"s Aflease Gold and Uranium
Resources subsidiary for the past four financial years.
