RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Results of general meeting
The directors of Datacentrix advise that, at the adjourned general meeting of
shareholders held on 3 February 2006, there was an insufficient number of votes
in favour of the specific issue of a maximum of 11 000 000 shares for cash to
selected executive directors, as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated
15 December 2005. As a consequence, all resolutions put forward were not
approved.
Renewal of cautionary announcement
Further to the renewal of cautionary announcement, dated 13 January 2006,
shareholders are advised that negotiations relating to the shareholding of the
company, which may have a material effect on the price of the company"s
securities, are still in progress.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company"s securities on the JSE Limited until a full announcement
is made.
