Changes to the board and the company secretary
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, as the
implementation of the reverse take-over of the company has now become
unconditional by way of the registration of the relevant special resolutions on
1 February 2006, the following information is confirmed:
Messrs WS Yeowart, SA Levitt, A Ball, M Lutrin, KN Michael, A Norman and EP
Rechter have resigned from the board of the company.
Messrs JM Al-Bahar (non-executive chairman), TJM Al-Bahar (chief executive
officer), JAM Wilson (executive), PGR de Sylva (executive), VM Nkosi (executive)
and GE Larson (non-executive) have been appointed to the board of the company.
Mr KN Michael has resigned as the company secretary and Mr G Evans has been
appointed as the new company secretary.
The effective date for all resignations and appointments was 1 February 2006.
