Clarification on the dividend in specie and amendment to certain important dates
relating to the reverse take-over of the company
Further to the announcements dated 9 September 2005, 22 December 2005, 16
January 2006 and 20 January 2006, shareholders are advised that the distribution
of securities in the subsidiaries of Moribo to shareholders as a dividend in
specie ("the dividend in specie") will comprise, for every 100 shares held in
the company, 0.01833 shares in Games Africa (Pty) Limited ("Games Africa") as
all the other subsidiaries have either been wound up or are themselves
subsidiaries of Games Africa.
Shareholders are also advised that, due to the public holiday which has been
declared on Wednesday 1 March 2006, certain of the important dates relating to
the consolidation of shares in the company and its name change have been
amended. The important dates are shown below with the amended dates in CAPS.

Last day to trade in order to participate in the Friday 10 February
dividend and the dividend in specie
Shares commence trading ex dividend and ex dividend in Monday 13 February
specie
Record date for the dividend and the dividend in specie Friday 17 February
Payment date for the dividend in specie and share
certificates in respect of shareholders" entitlements to
securities in the company"s subsidiaries posted Monday 20 February
Relevant dates for the consolidation, the name change and the listing of the
shares to be issued in terms of the reverse take-over
Last day to trade in unconsolidated shares under the old Friday 24
name "Moribo Leisure Limited"
Consolidated shares under the new name of IFA Hotels &
Resorts Limited listed on the JSE in the Hotels and
Leisure sector under the new ISIN of ZAE000075669 and
new short name of IFH and shareholders entitled to trade
new (consolidated) shares Monday 27 February
Listing of the 212 755 413 consolidated shares issued in
terms of the reverse take-over on the JSE on Monday 27 February
Record date for the consolidation and the name change MONDAY 6 MARCH
Shareholders" safe custody accounts with their CSDP or
broker updated with the consolidation and name change on
TUESDAY 7 MARCH
New share certificates reflecting the consolidation and
the name change posted if received on or before 12h00 on
MONDAY 6 MARCH 2006 on or about
(or if received thereafter within five business days of
receipt by the transfer secretaries of existing share
certificates) TUESDAY 7 MARCH
Notes:
a) Moribo share certificates may not be dematerialised between Monday 13
February and Friday 17 February 2006, both dates inclusive.
b) Share certificates in issue prior to the consolidation and reflecting the
existing name of the company (Moribo Leisure Limited) may not be dematerialised
or rematerialised after Friday 24 February 2006.
c) The abovementioned dates and times may be changed. Any such change will be
published on SENS and, where required, in the press.
