DISTRIBUTION OF APEXHI UNITS ("DISTRIBUTION") FOLLOWING THE DISPOSAL BY PRIMA OF
ITS ENTIRE PROPERTY PORTFOLIO ("DISPOSAL") TO APEXHI PROPERTIES LIMITED
("APEXHI")
Prima unitholders are advised of the distribution, which is subject to full
implementation of the disposal, expected to be completed shortly by transfer of
the five remaining properties to ApexHi. Unitholders will be advised of the
progress of implementation of the disposal during the course of next week.
On Monday 27 February 2006, Prima unitholders recorded as such in the register
of Prima on Friday 24 February 2006 will receive 5.9 ApexHi A units and 5.9
ApexHi B units for every 100 Prima units held (the "ApexHi consideration
units"). Salient dates applicable to Prima unitholders are set out below:

A final Prima distribution, if any, will be paid, upon completion of
the winding-up process, to Prima unitholders recorded in the register
on Friday, 24 February 2006.
APEXHI INTEREST DISTRIBUTION
As holders of ApexHi units, Prima unitholders will qualify for receipt of the
ApexHi interest distribution for the quarter 1 October to 31 December 2005,
details of which (including salient dates) will be announced on SENS on
Wednesday, 8 February 2006.
