Limited, shareholders attention is drawn to the fact that Mr. Clive J Kairuz has
resigned with immediate effect. The board of Spanjaard Limited would like to
thank Mr. Kairuz for his contribution to the company.
Mr Gerhard S le Roux and Mr Graham F Cort have been appointed as executive
directors of Spanjaard Limited, both with immediate effect.
