NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Fairvest linked unitholders are referred to the results announcement released on
SENS on 22 December 2005 and are hereby notified that the board has decided to
change the date for convening the next Fairvest annual general meeting.
Accordingly, the next annual general meeting will now be convened to be held at
10h00 on Wednesday, 12 April 2006, in the boardroom of the company at 9th Floor,
Umhlanga Protea Hotel, corner Chartwell and Lighthouse Roads, Umhlanga Rocks,
Durban.
