Resignation of Executive Director
Following the successful listing of the Oasis Crescent Property Fund, Mr Mohamed
Kharva will now take up his previous role in the Oasis Group and as a
consequence has therefore resigned as an executive director of Oasis Crescent
Property Fund Managers Limited, the manager of the Oasis Crescent Property Fund.
In addition, this will achieve a more optimal balance of executive and non-
executive directors within the Fund Manager.
