COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING STANDARDS ("IFRS") AND
CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the unaudited results for the half year ended 30
June 2005 ("the interim results"), which were published on 27 September 2005 and
were prepared in terms of South African Statements of Generally Accepted
Accounting Practice and not in terms of IFRS.
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited the company will
therefore publish supplementary interim results in terms of IFRS on Friday, 17
February 2006 and shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
their Dynamic Cables shares until such time.
