CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT - PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF BUFFALO FLUORSPAR
Shareholders are advised that the company has entered into an agreement which,
subject to the outcome of a due diligence, will lead to the acquisition of 100%
of the issued share capital of Intercoal (Pty) Ltd, and its wholly owned
subsidiary Transvaal Mining and Finance Corporation, trading as Buffalo
Fluorspar.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company"s securities until a full announcement is made.
