APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements (the "Listing
Rules"), in respect of a change to the Board of Directors, notification is
hereby given that Mochele Noge CA (SA) has been appointed to the board of
directors of Amecor as an independent non-executive director with effect from 8
February 2006. Mochele Noge is an investment banker with Citigroup and has six
years banking experience, formerly with Rand Merchant Bank.
The Company confirms that there are no items to disclose pursuant to Rule 16.4
of the Listing Rules. In addition, there are no other details that are required
to be disclosed under paragraph 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules in
connection with the appointment of Mochele Noge.
