DISTRIBUTION OF APEXHI UNITS FOLLOWING THE DISPOSAL BY PRIMA OF ITS ENTIRE
PROPERTY PORTFOLIO ("DISPOSAL") TO APEXHI PROPERTIES LIMITED ("APEXHI")
Prima unitholders are advised that the disposal to ApexHi has been fully
implemented.
The salient dates applicable to the distribution to Prima unitholders of ApexHi
units were set out in the announcement published on SENS on Friday, 3 February
and in the press on Monday, 6 February 2006.
APEXHI INTEREST DISTRIBUTION
As holders of ApexHi units, Prima unitholders will qualify for receipt of the
ApexHi interest distribution for the quarter 1 October to 31 December 2005,
details of which were published by ApexHi on SENS on Wednesday, 8 February and
in the press on Thursday, 9 February 2006.
