DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ANG SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to ANGLOGOLD
ASHANTI (ANG) the Trustees of the ANG Share Instalment have declared a dividend
amount of 62 cents per share instalment that is payable on Friday 10 March 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 23 February 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 24 February 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 03 March 2006.
