INTERIM DIVIDEND TIMETABLE
The Board of Aquarius Platinum has declared an interim dividend for the six
months ended 31 December 2005 of 6 US cents per share.
The dividend timetable is as follows:-

Dividend record date Thursday 2 March 2006 (close of business)
Dividend payment date Thursday 23 March 2006
The South African branch register will be closed for the purposes of
dematerialisation, rematerialisation and transfers between the South African
register and the UK and Australian registers from Thursday 23 February 2006 to
Thursday 2 March 2006, both dates inclusive.
This will be paid in Rand to South African shareholders, registered as such on
the South African share register, calculated at the US dollar to Rand exchange
at the close of business in Australia on 14 February 2006, which was
R6.17240/US$1 and
accordingly the dividend payable is R0.3703 per share.
