CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
ERP.com shareholders are advised that the company has received an expression of
interest to acquire the company. The Board has decided to enter into discussions
with the potential bidder and these discussions, if successfully concluded, may
have a material effect on the price at which the company"s shares trade on the
JSE Limited.
ERP.com shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution in dealing in
their ERP.com shares until a further announcement is made.
