DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MLA SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MITTAL STEEL
SOUTH AFRICA LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to MITTAL STEEL SOUTH AFRICA LTD (MLA) the Trustees of the MLA Share
Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 140.00 cents per share
instalment that is payable on Monday 20 March 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 10 March 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 13 March 2006
and the record date will be Friday, 17 March 2006.
