Notice is hereby given of the dividend declaration amount/rate relating to the
LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL PLC share instalment will only be announced on 03 April
2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 12 April 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 13 April 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 21 April 2006 and the payment date will be
Tuesday, 9 May 2006.
