DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BILLITON PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to BILLITON PLC
(BIL) the Trustees of the BIL Share Instalment have declared a dividend
amount of 108.045298 cents per share instalment that is payable on
Wednesday 22 March 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 23 February 2006. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 24
February 2006 and the record date will be Friday, 03 March 2006.
