CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unit holders are advised that Paraprop has entered into negotiations
regarding the introduction of Empowerment Shareholders into the Company. In
terms of the proposed transaction, Paraprop will aim to fulfil the ownership
requirements of the draft Property Sector Charter. Should these negotiations
be successfully concluded, they may have an effect on the price at which
Paraprop securities trade on the JSE Limited. Accordingly, linked unit holders
are advised to exercise caution when trading in Paraprop"s securities until a
further announcement is made.
