SPECIAL DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE IMP SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the special dividend amount payable for IMPALA
PLATINUM HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the special dividend
declaration relating to IMPALA PLATINUM HOLDINGS LIMITED (IMP) the Trustees of
the IMP Share Instalment have declared a special dividend amount of 5500 cents
per share instalment that is payable on Monday 13 March 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 03 March 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 6 March 2006 and the
record date will be Friday, 10 March 2006.
