Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 30 September
2005 was dispatched on 23 January 2006 and contains no material modifications to
the audited results published on 14 November 2005.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Paracon will be held on Tuesday, 21 February 2006 at 10:00 at the offices of
Paracon, Paracon House, 300 Kent Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg to transact the
business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained
in the Annual Report.
