DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KMB SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for KUMBA RESOURCES
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to KUMBA
RESOURCES LIMITED (KMB) the Trustees of the KMB Share Instalment have declared a
dividend amount of 160.00 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday
13 March 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 03 March 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 6 March 2006 and the
record date will be Friday, 10 March 2006.
