notice is hereby given that M H Franklin, an executive director of Tiger Brands,
has exercised 44 900 options, being options that were beneficially held by him
in terms of the Tiger Brands (1985) Share purchase Scheme, and has taken a loan
to fund such purchase, but has not disposed of any shares.
