In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE listings requirements, Kagiso advises
herewith that following the divestment of Video Vision from Kagiso in December
2005, Messrs SN Pragjee and AH Singh have tendered their resignation as
directors of the company with effect from 17 February 2006.
The company would like to express its appreciation for their valuable
contribution made throughout the years and wishes them every success in their
future endeavours.
