LISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES ("DEBENTURES")
NewGold has issued 1 200 000 additional debentures following an in specie
subscription in respect of 12 000 fine troy ounces of gold bullion. The
debentures were listed with effect from commencement of business today at an
issue price per debenture of approximately R33.00.
