NOTICE OF DEBENTURE INTEREST PAYMENT
Notice is hereby given by the Board that an interest payment in respect of the
remaining 799 317 floating rate partially subordinated unsecured redeemable
convertible debentures ("debentures") for the period from 19 September 2005 to
20 March 2006 (Ref. 01/06) of 6031.43 cents per debenture, will be payable to
debenture holders recorded as such in the books of the company on the record
date.
The last day to trade in the debentures for purposes of entitlement to the
interest payment will be Friday, 10 March 2006. The debentures will commence
trading ex the interest payment on Monday, 13 March 2006 and the record date
will be Friday, 17 March 2006. The interest will be paid on Monday, 20 March
2006.
Debenture certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 13 March 2006 and Friday, 17 March 2006, both days inclusive.
