REVISED NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND
In view of the public holiday on Tuesday, 21 March 2006, the date on which the
shares will trade ex dividend has had to be amended. The declaration of
dividend as set out in the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 31
December 2005 and published on Friday, 17 February 2006, has therefore been
revised as follows:
"Notice is hereby given that ordinary dividend no. 34 of 117,0 cents per share
for the six months ended 31 December 2005 (2004 - 94,0 cents) has been declared.
Shareholders are advised that the last day to trade cum dividend will be
Thursday, 16 March 2006. The shares will trade ex dividend as from Friday, 17
March 2006 and the record date will be Friday, 24 March 2006. The dividend is
payable on Monday 27 March 2006."
