Further Trading Statement
In terms of the JSE Limited ("the JSE") Listings Requirements, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain
that the financial results for the current reporting period will be more than
20% different than that of the prior comparative period.
The results of the Brimstone operations and investments for the year ended 31
December 2005 are now known with reasonable certainty and it is expected that
headline earnings and earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2005
will be between 85 and 95 cents.
Shareholders are advised that the above information has not been reviewed or
reported on by the Company"s auditors and that the Company"s results for the
year ended 31 December 2005 are expected to be published on 6 March 2006.
